Spring at Plant Masters Farm

Despite the piles of melting snow that I see as I look out my office window, it is now officially Spring!

Last year I had the opportunity to be part of a seasonal shoot at Plant Masters farm, in Laytonsville, MD. Kelly Shore of Petals by the Shore dreamt of the concept and used only products from the farm in each shoot. Each season told a different story and showcasing the lovely Maryland-grown flowers.

For Spring, our model starts by collecting flowers in the field and designing her own bouquet in her jeans and flannel. The model is then transformed with her bouquet into a gorgeous Gossamer gown and hair and makeup by Something Blu Beauty. An amethyst stone set by Boone and Sons jewelers adds the perfect amount of sparkle in the images gorgeously captured by Joy Michelle Photography.
